Description
Payet Quebranta Pisco is categorized as a ‘non aromatic’ pisco. Quebranta is clean and rich, with a subtle array of flavours and aromas. It is the perfect choice for those seeking a full bodied premium pisco.
This Pisco is a fine Brandy distilled from QUEBRANTA grapes (Vitis Vinifera, a Muscat) brought to Per√∫ by the Spaniards in the 16 th Century. Off-dry, ripe and buttery with lots of cloves, nutmeg and terroir flavors that lengthen nicely on the finish.
Our vineyards and distillery are located at desert fertile soils at the Ica valley, Per√∫.
Destemmed, pneumatically pressed, fermented in low temperature stainless steel tanks as a white wine. Distilled in a Charentese (Fr,) all copper still (alambic).  Offers a voluptuous, multilayered aroma of ripe fruit with a hint of wood. Smooth to the palate and firm. Waves of aftertastes reveal new flavors and incredibly rich texture for such a one year old spirit. Has a definite presence of a wine spirit.
Jumps out of the glass as a warming up appetizer by itself, on the rocks, frozen shot with drops of our a twist of lemon. Excels in signature cocktails, Pisco Sour.
