Distilled amidst the grandeur of the Andes Mountains, Caravedo Mosto Verde Pisco epitomizes the spirit of adventure through its status as an ultra-premium global white spirit. It delicately showcases the vibrant essence of Peruvian culture that captivates aficionados and cocktail enthusiasts seeking refined flavors. From remote islands to vast oceans, spanning continents, this pisco beckons the spirited and adventurous, leaving an indelible mark on those who relish life’s explorations. It imparts an authentic ambiance to any setting, instigating joy and encouraging others to embrace adventure worldwide.
Caravedo Mosto Verde Pisco is crafted through sustainable harvesting and traditional techniques. Produced via a single distillation to achieve 43% ABV (86 proof), this unique Pisco requires around 8 kilos (18 lbs.) of a blend of quebranta, torontel, italia, and albilla grapes to craft a single 750ml bottle. It is distilled from partially fermented grape juice, ensuring pure wine without any pomace, and undergoes a minimum aging period of one year, with six months dedicated to each varietal and an additional six months after blending. This Pisco maintains its authenticity without any additives, such as color, water, sugar, or wood flavoring, and is meticulously distilled using alambique copper pot stills and traditional falca stills.
