Aperol Apertivo

Aperol Apertivo

Aperol is a vibrant Italian aperitif, widely recognized for its adaptability and freshness, and famous for its key role in the Aperol Spritz cocktail.

Aperol is a bright orange Italian aperitif made of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients.

It has a unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. Crafted from an infusion of its precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination, Aperol’s strength is its low alcohol content, only 11%.  Aperol originated in 1919 in Padova, and its popularity has grown continuously, thanks to its fresh and versatile taste and its capacity to be mixed with so many other drinks.

The Spritz, an aperitif cocktail, is often made using Aperol.
