Yarden Rom 2021 is a top-tier Israeli red wine from Golan Heights Winery, sourced from the high-altitude El Rom Vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. Crafted as part of a special collaboration between winemakers Zelma Long and Victor Schoenfeld, it is built around Cabernet Sauvignon and may include Syrah and Merlot depending on the vintage style. The fruit from this elevated site delivers exceptional concentration, purity, and aromatic intensity.

Aged for 18 months in French oak, the wine shows a layered profile of ripe black fruits, cherries, cassis, dark chocolate, anise, Earl Grey tea, juniper, sage, herbs, and cocoa, unfolding over a rich oak backbone. On the palate, it begins with freshness, evolving into a lush, full body with polished structure and a long, persistent finish. Sustainably produced and certified kosher (including for Passover), Yarden Rom 2021 reflects both strength and elegance, with the capacity to age beautifully for more than a decade.
