Crafted in honor of Golan Heights Winery’s 40th anniversary, this limited-edition duo showcases two single-vineyard, single-block Yarden Cru Elite wines from the acclaimed Bar’on Vineyard. Only one barrel per block was produced, resulting in an exclusive release with its own distinctive character and unforgettable taste.
Each bottle offers a dark, almost inky hue with layered aromas of ripe blackberries and black cherries, complemented by notes of chocolate, coffee, Sichuan peppercorn, and mint. The wines are densely flavored and powerful, rewarding patience as they evolve over time.
The duo includes two bottles of Yarden Cru Elite Cabernet Sauvignon along with a digital collectible — a blockchain-based, tradeable digital asset accessed through a personal wallet.
Situated on a volcanic ridge at 1,040 meters (3,400 feet), Bar’on Vineyard is among Israel’s coolest winegrowing sites. Its unique terroir of basalt, tuff, and varied clay soils shapes the depth, texture, and individuality expressed in each limited barrel.
