Description
This ice wine is made by freezing the ripe, golden fruit from the fantastic 2012 growing season. A rich golden in color, this wine imparts aromas that are floral and full of honey, sundried apricots, papayas and hints of limes. It is rich and intense, giving a lush mouth-feel, but the sweetness is well-balanced by great acidity and minerality. This wine has great aging potential and is also very food-friendly.
