The first straight bourbon from the Old Taylor Distillery since 1972, Pinhook Bourbon is made from all non-GMO, locally-sourced grains. Bottled at an impressive 100 proof, it features a mash bill of 75% corns, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. It is crafted through a combination of careful barrel selection, blending in small batches, and meticulous proofing.
Aged more than 3 years, the 2022 vintage of Pinhook Bourbon showcases an inviting nose of baked peaches, orange blossom, clove, and honey. These transition to a harmonious palate of vanilla bean, toasted almond, cinnamon, and butterscotch.
