Description
100% Nebbiolo. Generous aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers,
sweet spices and vanilla. Dense, closely-woven tannins provide
a distinctive softness and balance.

Grape: 100% Nebbiolo
Vinification: The grapes are crushed immediately upon their arrival
to the winery. The must then ferments on the skins at
controlled temperatures for at least 10-12 days.
Aging: Following malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
tanks, the wine ages for one year in traditional
Slovenian oak casks followed by two years of aging in
the bottle before release.
