Every bottle is sourced exclusively from a single estate field in the high-altitude region of Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, allowing the unique climate, soil, and harvest year to shine through.
Slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented in open wooden vats with natural wild yeasts, and double-distilled in small copper pot stills, Ocho Plata goes straight from distillation to bottling without wood aging.
