Description
rafted by fifth-generation Maestro Tequilero Carlos Camarena in partnership with tequila legend Tomas Estes, Ocho Tequila Reposado is a benchmark single-estate, 100% Blue Weber agave spirit. Harvested from overripe agaves grown in the high-altitude fields of Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, every bottle reflects the unique soil, climate, and vintage of its specific estate.
Slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens, fermented in wooden vats with natural airborne yeasts, and double-distilled in small copper pot stills, Ocho Reposado is rested lightly in ex-American whiskey casks for exactly eight weeks and eight days—just beyond the minimum requirement for a reposado. This restrained aging allows the vibrant essence of the agave plant to remain front and center, complemented—never masked—by soft wood influence.
