Description
Nicolas Potel Vosne Romanee 1er Cru 2001
Medium cherry-red. Strawberry, raspberry, fresh herbs and menthol on the nose. Silky and lively if a bit slight, with an edge of acidity lifting the flavors of red berries and smoky underbrush. Relies more on its acids than on its dusty tannins for structure.
Along with Bordeaux and Champagne, Burgundy is one of the most well known vineyards in France.
