Description
A rich, smoky base of roasted walnut and toasted coconut underscores this subtle version. Lightly creamy in texture and well-balanced, with juicy acidity backing hints of glazed apricot, crème de cassis and grated ginger. Pale straw yellow, with emerald accents. NOSE : The bouquet is powerful and generous, almost woody and spicy, characterised by intense aromatic richness, with toasted, buttery, and wine-rich aromas. PALATE : Bold initial notes presaging a full, fruity taste that is nicely structured. It has 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier.
