Lapostolle Clos Apalta, A truly hand crafted wine, Lapostolle nurtures their vines and attend to every detail to preserve the potential of the grapes. The grapes are 100% hand de-stemmed in the Clos Apalta Winery in order to maintain complete control of the quality. They then fill their French Oak vats using gravity. After 4 to 5 weeks Lapostolle transfers the wine to 100% new French Oak Barrels and age it for 24 months. The wine is bottled by gravity without any treatment or filtration.
