LALO Tequila is a premium, additive-free Blanco tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, founded by Eduardo “Lalo” González, the grandson of Don Julio González. Rooted in tradition yet intentionally minimalist, LALO is crafted to highlight the pure essence of agave without aging or additives.
Made using only three ingredients — 100% fully mature Highland Blue Weber agave, deep well water from Jalisco’s mineral-rich soil, and Champagne yeast — LALO delivers a clean, agave-forward profile. On the nose and palate, it shows cooked agave alongside notes of citrus, cinnamon, sweet potato, and subtle tropical fruit, with a smooth, balanced finish. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it’s designed to be both expressive and easy to drink.
