Description
La Chapelle du Bastion Picpoul de Pinet has brilliant pale yellow color with green hues. On the nose, citrus fruit and white fruit like peach. A fresh and lively attack, notes of grapefruit and lemon. The wine offers persistent freshness on the finish.
For being in a country that is known for wine regulations, the Languedoc enjoys a great amount of freedom in its winemaking.
