Produced by Isabelle et Pierre Clement in the Menetou-Salon appellation of the Loire region, this certified organic Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from multiple parcels in Menetou-Salon, with 60% from the western section around Parassy and 40% from the eastern section near Morogues. The 40+ year old vines thrive in Kimmeridgian limestone terroir and are fermented and aged in stainless steel using indigenous yeast, resulting in a vibrant and pure expression of the grape.
