Hendrick’s Gin is a unique small batch Scottish gin, produced in two pot stills and with extra botanicals: rose petals and cucumber.
Hendrick’s is a quirky small batch Scottish gin, produced by William Grant & Sons. It is a very unique because it’s produced in Carter-Head Still from 1948 and a small Bennett pot still built in 1860. Besides traditional botanicals used in the distillation, it is infused with cucumber and rose petals.
It has a light, floral, citrus taste starring the classic juniper berry with some lime and a touch of spice. It is slightly oily on the palate, with a medium floral finish.
