This limited-release Cabernet Sauvignon is handcrafted from Hawk and Horse’s family-owned, biodynamically farmed estate vineyard in the Red Hills of Lake County. Grown in rich red volcanic soils at high elevation, the fruit delivers deeply saturated color and powerful structure.
Elegant yet full-bodied, the wine opens with aromas of spiced rose and unfolds into layers of dark, concentrated black fruit. Beautifully balanced and refined, this is a superbly crafted expression of mountain-grown Cabernet.
