Gratien & Meyer’s Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé is a meticulously crafted sparkling wine from France. The process begins with the careful selection of juice for pressing, choosing the finest yeasts, and following a slow fermentation. The wine then ages for a remarkable 12 months in limestone cellars located beneath the vineyards, maintaining a constant temperature of 12°C year-round. Gratien & Meyer goes beyond the legal requirement of one year of aging for Crémant, allowing over 3 years for their Crémant de Loire, resulting in a brilliant pink color achieved through a short maceration of Cabernet Franc grapes. This exceptional cuvée is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Chenin Blanc, offering an inviting bouquet of strawberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants. The palate is refreshing, creamy, and balanced, with a delightful hint of red fruits. Best served as an aperitif or paired with fish, white meat, and a variety of desserts, this sparkling wine is available in 750ml bottles with an alcohol content of 12%.
