This vintage benefited from a dry, mild growing season, resulting in a wine with exceptional ripeness and balance.Crafted from 100% Merlot, the wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel vats. The result is a medium-to-full-bodied red that offers an opulent nose of dark plums, black cherries, and subtle hints of licorice and toasted oak. On the palate, it reveals velvety tannins and a supple texture, balanced by a fresh acidity that leads to a long, savory finish. Known as a “Baby Graves,” it offers incredible value and is drinking beautifully now but possesses the structure to cellar for several more years.
