Casa Maestri’s Blanco Tequila is traditionally created from 7-year-aged blue agaves cooked in unique, old-fashioned stone brick ovens. The Blanco itself does not undergo any aging and has a medium-length finish. Aromas that arise from this tequila are fruity, floral, slightly herbaceous, smell of cooked agave, and have a hint of minerality. It has a smooth texture that is peppery, sweet and gives notes of tropical fruits.
