This Solera Gran Reserva is the result of a legacy dating back to 1889, crafted from a meticulous selection of Airén grape wines traditionally distilled in copper pot stills. Its distinctive character comes from a long aging process using the traditional “Criaderas y Solera” system in American oak casks that previously held the finest Sherry wines (Amontillados and Olorosos).
