Caol Ila is one of the lighter style Islay malts, unlike its heavy-weight neighbours Lagavulin and Laphroaig. Besides single malt, Caol Ila whisky is also a cornerstone of different blends like Johnie Walker Black Label, and Johnie Walker Green Label.
