Canerock is a quality rum made from a mixture of 5 to 10-year-old rums. It is then infused exclusively with natural ingredients such as vanilla pods from Madagascar, coconut pulp from the Caribbean, and ginger grown directly in Jamaica. Finally, the mixture matures in oak and ex-sherry Pedro Ximenez barrels.
Canerock has a rich character with sweet vanilla notes, dry fruits and coconut, and delicate oak tannins.
