Bouchaine Pinot Noir Carneros is not your run-of-the-mill Pinot Noir. It’s the tango as opposed to the minuet. Smooth but never boring. The texture is suede with piquant flavors focused on spice, smoke, and cherries. Oak shows itself as a toffee character from nose to mid-palate. Orange peel and sassafras notes add to the exotic rhythm of the wine.
A seductive Pinot Noir with a silky, lingering finish. It opens with an intoxicating nose of dark cherry,wild strawberry, cola, fresh roses, and cigar tobacco. A sweet, vibrant cherry palate opens to layers of dark fruits, brown spice, and cinnamon with lovely floral notes on the finish.
