Established in 1978 by John and Harry Mariani, who are owners of the U.S. wine importer Banfi Vintners, Castello Banfi is an award-winning vineyard estate and winery located in the Brunello region of Tuscany. Covering about one-third of the 7,100-acre estate are single vineyards situated on ideal sites, while the remaining land features meadows, olive and plum groves, and woodland.
