Description
Côté Mas Crémant de Limoux Brut comes from Limoux in Southern France, where Mediterranean warmth meets cooler Atlantic influences. Made in the traditional méthode champenoise, it blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir for balance, freshness, and elegance, with vineyards rooted in clay and limestone soils at high elevation. The wine undergoes stainless-steel fermentation before secondary fermentation in bottle, then ages on lees for a full year before disgorgement and final dosage, followed by another year of maturation.
Founded on innovation and respect for Languedoc heritage, Jean-Claude Mas has led his family estate since 2000, selecting top-quality grapes and crafting refined sparkling wines at Château de Martinolles near the historic birthplace of French bubbles. The resulting Crémant shows fine mousse, crisp acidity, and notes of green apple, citrus, honey, acacia, and crystallized lemon—versatile as an aperitif or with a wide range of dishes.
